Whats that? The table with all the element types right? No I did horrible in science I can't stand it Out of history and math and the other subjects science was most fun but I just never paid attention, I liked doing the experiments though If I were a scientist I would probably blow myself up from mixing the wrong things together.

I used to know the first 20-30... because they were useful to know in general for chemistry.... beyond that though I don't see the point. We were always allowed to have a periodic table anyway for tests and stuff so I didn't find it overly useful.

Haha! Yes! In my sophomore year in high school I took chemistry. Somehow the table was a little appealing to me and I decide, out of the blue, to memorize the entire thing for fun. After a few days I did. I could tell you the element name, the atomic symbol and with several of them the atomic mass/weight and the exact order of them all. I thought was cool as hell that I did.

Because of that, to this day, some 14 years later, I still have most of that knowledge. While I forgot the order of most, I still can get a sheet of paper or open up a notepad file and list each and every one of them along with about half of the atomic symbols.

I haven't yet. I worry more about memorizing the concepts, than the elements in order. I have about the first 20-30 memorized in order, and of course, being the nerd I am, have memorized certain elements, such as #36 Krypton and #92 Uranium.

I could never remember the entire periodic table just because my brain would seise to function once I succeeded, but we recently did some work on Elements and chemical bonds in Science class so I remeber most of them, along with lots of unneccessary details about each one, lol.

Ugh, without going out of my way to try I kind of just ended up memorizing a good chunk of it. I'm a chemistry major so day after day working with that table you just sort of end up knowing all that information.
Kinda sad though, haha.

I have not memorized it at all. After Helium my mind just goes blank. There was never any real incentive for me to learn anyway (well, except maybe to feel like a smartass in front of some of my peers, but, I never really felt or feel that way).
