I don't understand whats up with some of the games, I spend Viz points on them to I guess purchase them, and then they don't work. What's up with that?

Have you downloaded the plugin? If so, do you get an error message, a black screen or what? What is happening exactly?

jbear : That's going to happen. There are often errors in the games, and you can get a refund for the games by clicking "get Viz refund." I have had problems with many games as well.

Also, if the plugin or specific game is not the problem then it might be your computers video card. Some games graphics wont display or work right on all computers so that could be the problem. I agree though that this should be moved to the RGR Help Forum.

A lot of games will never work without the plugin.

If this doesn't solve the problem, leave another post with a list of the games you have tried and the systems that they are from. Also, describe what happens when you try to play.

If you give more details about the problem you're having, then it will be easier for someone to figure out what's wrong and help fix it.

Yeah Ive got the plugin, but sometimes on some of the games a white pop out screen will say something like this is not working either because you have another game loading or something like that but that's not the case, I dont have any other games open or loading. Its really disappointing sometimes, because I get so excited about all these awesome games I use to play eons ago.

Ok. I've actually had that issue happen a few times. Unfortunately, I don't know of a solution. I've been told that closing it and restarting works sometimes, but it never did for me. My personal advice is to just skip those games and try some others. If it happens with a lot of the games you try (ex. 10+ on a single system), try contacting one of the tech moderators like Dark Hyren. I'm deliberately not tagging them yet because it's a somewhat common issue that has been brought up in many different threads, but never solved.

There are indeed problems w/ some roms and sometimes they cannot be solved. However, there are a few things you may like to try before giving up the game:

1. try playing w/ Google Chrome, some games that didn't work w/ IE or FF work in Chrome, it has happened to me already

2. this solution was provided for DarkHyren to another kind of problem, but it worked for me once: "Open "My Computer" from the start menu.In the My Computer address bar put the text C:Documents and settingsuserLocal SettingsApplication DataVizzedRgrRoms and press enter. Find the file called "name of the game".zip and delete it. Also delete any other files that match the name of the game, even if they are not .zip files.
Then go to C:Documents and settingsuserLocal SettingsApplication DataVizzedRgrDownloads and delete any files you find that match the name of the game.
After you have done this, close the folder and try playing the game again." Please note, THIS WILL COST YOU MORE VIZ
