Okay, this thread might sound weird, but I am asking about your feelings while playing games :

One I wanted to talk about how you feel while playing games, here is an example:

When I play the 1st 2 Sims (Don't ask why I don't get this feeling while playing the 3rd one, I also don't quite know), The room feels colder and more blue, dark blue (This is a good effect) and I feel very relaxed, specially when playing the 1st Sim, the graphics, the tool bar, everything makes this game very relaxing to me, the effect is better in an air-conditioned room.

When I play games like Need for Speed Carbon, the dark place of the road all give me that speedy, exciting but also relaxing effect a bit like playing The Sims, the road is all dark and everything just feels chilled, even though cars are suppose to be hot.

While playing SA2, I actually dunno why but I feel so hot even in an air-conditioned room, might be the speed and the place you fight in, also the fact I am playing this in my bedroom, but I don't feel hot playing Brawl (same place).


I don't get a feeling while playing some games, like GTA or Pokemon (that does not mean I hate them).

I feel like I leave my body and get's into the game, every time I play a game I really like.

When i play a game i fell so relaxed and niece to clear the mind.

I feel relaxed when I play RPG games like Final Fantasy

but when I play fighting games, like Soul Caliber or Guilty Gear, I get really hyper and into. I have stand up and jump around while I play!

Step 1: Yay!
Step 2: Grrr
Step 3: Die you *we censor this because David might kick Klawed's donkey again*
Step 4: *censored because it's profanity*
Step 5: Music is awesome!
Step 6: Must destroy moar!
Step 7: Good God! Do you need more to know?

Basically, I go from happy, to angry. Why? I would tell you, but that'd mean I may think you're wanting me mad.

Now those feelings only happen when playing games like Ratchet and Clank and Jak 2. Especially Jak 2... Only words I haven't said while playing Jak 2 are the F word, the words for male privates, and foreign swear words. If you want to see why, rent it at Gamefly and swear all day! You'll love stealing cars just to find that you got your *censored* handed to ya.

If I'm playing Shadow of the Colossus... I'm just like a pot-head. Chilling, bro.

The best games make me feel happy until they make me mad. I am glad when games make me mad though because then I know it is hard.

Depends on what time it is to me. If its dayligh I just feel mellow and relaxed playing a game, and when its night or dark I feel relaxed and into the game.

When I play Pokemon or something my room feels the same. When I play Metal Gear or something my room is always a top secret bunker.

Games really tense me up.
They're fun, but I'm really competitive and they make me mad easily.
Specially if I lose when I'm close to the end.
Or if I keep losing on the same spot repeatedly.

since i download pokemon dimand i fell much better that ever just sit down and think it is so fun and cool.When i say pokemon dimand not the one they have here the one with pipulp i will just say dimand and pearl.

When I play Kirby Super Star Ultra I get a feeling of exploration and happiness, ESPECIALLY when fighting the computer virus. The only time I get a different feeling, that of my blood boiling, is... WHAM BAM ROCK! Also the first time I fought him I am not ashamed to admit I cried at his difficulty.

When I play Metroid I get a dark, brooding feeling, I guess from the atmosphere.

its very hard to describe the feeling I get, honestly as sad as it sounds i could play games all day, i would love to have be a game QA (quality assurance) or a designer at some point

Well, I have a lot of mixed feelings, depending on the game I'm playing.

IF I'm playing Star Fox Assault, for some reason, I feel cold inside. I don't know why.
Although I do think the game is awesome, so I do get an excited feeling as well

When I play Metroid Prime 2: Echoes, I get a really dark feeling inside, whether it be on Light or Dark Aether.

When I play Vectorman 2, I get a really weird feeling inside, somewhat like mix between dark and tense feelings, since he game is awesome and most of its levels are set in a dark atmosphere.

That's all I got

When I'm playing a good, non-frustrating game I usually feel relaxed and more like I'm in the game.

I feel very very good and happy. So good that I completely forget about every else, I can play non-stop for hours

yea i get that feeling sometimes even when i play a game on this website i get that feeling
