I like em both. I haven't seen that many episodes of Brotherhood (however many dubbed episodes there are is how many I've seen ) but I think I'm liking Brotherhood a bit better. The story line gets more interesting than in the original.

They were both very well made anime, but I cannot deny that Brotherhood took the cake when compared. I liked Brotherhood more because it followed the manga much more closely and had a much more indepth storyline when it started to reach it's end.

Brotherhood is better in my opinion. It still keeps what we loved about the original, but moves the story along much better and represents all of the characters much better. I also like the fact that the Fuhrer is Wrath, rather than that whiny little snot with the long hair..
