I think that 3 is probably the best Mega Man but I would say that 2 is probably the hardest. That game is flat out un forgiving.

I wouldn't say that these games are WAY too hard. Personally I liked the difficulty on NES games. I hate how games nowadays basically walk people through what to do and hold the players hand the whole time.

Anyways I guess I would chose Mega Man 3 although both games provide similar challenges in difficulty.
