The main one I've downloaded is Desmume, and it is absolutely awesome. It runs DS ROMs fine, and is easy to configure. I don't use any other emulator now, except for the Vizzed RGR.

I have a lot, quite a few I don't remember the names of off the top of my head though. I have Project 64 for the Nintendo 64 (duh), a Dreamcast emulator (forgot the name), a Saturn emulator (again, forgot the name and don't feel like checking), a Genesis emulator, and a PSone emulator. I used to have a SNES emulator also but once I discovered Vizzed I deleted it because I didn't really need it anymore and it was taking up a lot of space on my hard drive, although ironically it's the oldest console out of all the ones I mentioned.
