I'd have to say Phantasy Star 3. It was okay, but the graphics were just... So bland, it destroyed the experience. That's not very common for me to find the game's graphics hurting the fun every time I play it. This game is good, but it's such an acquired taste, and for me, I just can't enjoy it.

The most annoying game I have ever played is Back to the Future on the NES. I mean the music drones on and on and cuts into your mind like razor blades. Listening to the music from that game for more than 30 seconds drives you insane.
