What social status are you in your country? I consider myself a middle class citizen. I've been one most of my life.

I've been this way all my life.

I think it's better than being too rich or too poor.

Ive been middle class class most my life,but we were pretty poor a couple times too growing up.I know what its like not having anything.

Well I chose "other" because while most would consider my family a middle class family at first it's not really that they were bred into middle class but they are more forcing that class upon themselves. My dad gets paid quite a lot by normal standards, but instead my mom doesn't work... and they breed like bunnies so I have 3 brothers (that is they have had 4 boys in total). Then my mother buys stuff when dad is working, crap like home theater and new radios (we got like 4 of those already) and she goes with her PC to have it fixed all the time when I could easily fix her computer, she even nearly went with her PC to have a virus removed just before I managed to stop her so I could remove it myself, and then my dad saves up every coin he can.

My family could easily be upper class with how hard a worker my dad is but my slob of a mom drags it down, if she lived alone she'd be lower class most likely.

So my social standing is middle class but it's not like both my parents act like middle class, and I myself am still too young to form a class of my own.

I'm definitely lower class. I live in a trailer in the middle of the woods. During the winter we have to burn wood to keep the house warm because he heater likes to shut down. I'm going to college, but financial aid is pretty much paying for everything.
So yeah. Lower class. But I think I'd rather be lower class than upper class anyway. Being middle class would be better, but I wouldn't want to be upper class.

I'm on the lower end of middle class. I have a roof over my head, food in my house, and decent clothes, but my family never has any "spending money" at the end of the month. We're barely making it by month by month.

Oh yeah, we still have crappy internet.

I am in the upper class. I live in a mini mansion condo with a beautiful view new york city in my backyard. It's almost out of a movie...

I'd say I'm in lower class. I have a pretty good job but it's barely enough to pay for the bills I do have, thus leaving me barely anything. Before when I lived with my dad in Arizona I would've considered myself middle class because he had an awesome job and got some pretty decent stuff every now and then.

My family is in the middle class, and I still depend on them financially, till I graduate from university, so I guess I belong in middle class, as well.

I would say I'm middle class. There may not be a whole lot of extra money laying about.... but I live a much better lifestyle than most of the other people I live near.

I personally think the "class" status depends more on how you live than how much money you make.

I voted lower class. I would have said middle class, but you can't really say that when you live off of a food card now can you? Getting into college is going to be a problem, especially considering I want to be a theoretical physicist. I hope they pay enough, I want to be able to go through college for the rest of my life and have piles of doctorates, but only the best of colleges will suffice, no crappy public school crap anymore.

I am in the middle class even though I do not consider myself in a "class". I do not really care too much about what class someone is in, I prefer to like someone based on who they are not how much money they have.

I'm not all rich & fancy, living in my mansion in Beverly Hills
But I'm also not a hobo or dirt poor living in motels.
So I'm good. (: Stable enough.

I'm kind of higher poor/lower middle class. I guess more near middle class.

i don't consider myself in a class, i don't really pay attention to the problems of society around me, o just lead my own journey. i don't wish to be in a rich higher class, or poor low class. i just wish to be myself, and for others to see this.im completely original for my class, and hopefully others will agree, and understand for this decision ¬_¬

If I am in a class, I think I'm in lower middle class. I'm not rich, and I'm not really poor.

I'm not ashamed to admit that I am in the lower class. My family is poor and I THINK we make under 20k a year as a household. I got into college purely on need based aid. I would consider us as poor, but not so poor that it is unbearable. I think we are close to middle class at least?
