Yeah. Klawed the metalhead is listening to a lot of hip-hop lately. I mostly like the kind that's dark like Gravediggaz right now. I like Eminem's early stuff when he did the horror rap thing somewhat, but his style is just bland to me. I am planning to check out Immortal Technique. I always hated that one because it made it hard for me to find songs by one of my all time favorite bands ever Immortal. I'm over it now, since he sounds like a good one.

I do not like most more popular hip-hop, aside from Lupe Fiasco, Common, and possibly, if it counts, Flobots. I'm getting into horror rap type of stuff as of late. Heh. Go figure. It cool stuff. I avoid the Psychotic Records rap acts, though.

Horror rap is basically just rap about stuff that's horror related. Look up the song Blood Brothers by Gravediggaz for a good example.

I am glad you are trying out different types of music! I am into just about all types. I believe that everyone should listen to most types of music. As long as its a good song in that genre. Flobots is a pretty cool band. You should try out a few different genres while you are at it. Maybe you will find more good stuff!

Thats awesome. Have you ever listened to some irish folk rock? like flogging molly, very good band! Yeah i am not to into country, but there are a few songs that i enjoy. And drum and bass is pretty good as well. But i am sure everyone has there preferred genre.
