AS I AM WRITING THIS I am catching Landorus that has currently changed my mind about Kyurem being the hardest to catch. IT IS ON FREAKING LOW HEALTH AND A LV. 100 ARCHEOPS IS MY ONLY POKEMON LEFT AND NOTHING IS WORKING. I wish I could have hacked right now. I DO HOWEVER have many Pokeballs and many full restores so I should be good. Have no choice but to use my... ULTRA BALL (refuse to use my master ball. NOT YET NOT UNTIL GENESECT) Wish me luck....

Kyruem was the most hardest pokemon for me to catch. I was trying to get a Shiny version of it, and when I finally did, it died. 

So, 2000 more game resets, finally, got a new shiny one, but I wasted exactly 284 Ultra balls + a lot of sleeping on it.

Mine was Mewtwo from fire red and leaf green without using a master ball he was at 3 hp paralyzed and an ultra ball wouldn't work so I waited and kept mewtwo alive for over a million turns until my timer ball was even more powerful than an ultra ball

I found Rayquaza extremely hard to catch. It was at lv 70, and my swampert wasn't much past 50. It kept killing my swampert, and I had to try it again. On top of that I could barely scratch it. I had like 213 ultra balls, and never got to use them all. After 2 hours I got ticked off and threw my master ball. Kyogre and Groudon were easy to catch, but then I deleted kyogre trying to copy it ... /

I was versing a level 40 tangela in my diamond/pearl game  for some reason I know its an ordinary regular Pokémon I wanted to catch it and evolve it to tangrowth yet It was too hard I wasted all my pokeballs and greatballs trying to catch even timeball didn't even work, I wasted 10-15 minutes trying to catch it and kept failing until I used a quick ball lol.
