I was curious about the hype Jersey Shore gets, so I finally watched it, and kept thinking, "Dude... This is popular?!" All it was was just a bunch of people who have big egos, and think they are interesting gabbing about themself... I only saw 10 or so minutes of the first episode, but it was disturbing. I mean... It was so uninteresting, and I didn't get what it was about. All I heard was stuff about being Italian and awesome, JERSEY SHORE IN DA HOUSE!, and "I like to party and have sex."...

Someone bring me the South Park episode about this. It did the concept better.

To be honest, JS is no different then Glee. They're both...liquid FAME. It doesn't require anything special to be on any of these shows, just mediocre acting talent. T.V as we know it is getting ruined.

the_casualty : I'm "homeschooled"(AKA virtual schooled), so I have no idea what's popular in my school. I don't really care. I just know I see crap about this show everywhere. Before I got ad block, all I saw was Jersey Shore ads. I only checked it out since I was curious, and I am almost done with recovery from what I saw.

The only reason I approve of it being on TV is because it prevents spin-offs of teenage pregnancy shows and it gives Kenan Thompson an excuse to spray himself orange on SNL. If you've seen any of those skits, you would understand. I would post one, but the language conflicts with Vizzed rules.
