Everytime i go to play a game that i havent bought yet it says "error loading. this occurs when another game is up." but there never a game running! but ALL games i played already play. can someone help me? i sent the RGR Staff a message like a week and a half ago and NO RESPONSE.

And to clarify.... the games you already own work just fine correct?

It's just when you go to play a new game that you get an error?

While I don't know if downloading a new browser will fix this it's worth a shot. Google Chrome or Mozilla Firefox are both good options for that.

i have google chrome now.

and yes ALL the games i own are workin in tip top shape.

ANY game on ANY console that have not yet played(own) will not work at all.

okay.... I want you to test this with a game you don't own.

Pick one of the mario games from nes or snes and try to play it. If you get the error then close your browser and open it up again and see if you now own the game. If you do own it then try it again and see if owning the game now will make a difference.
