I'd say this game called Seaman for the Dreamcast. You can talk to a fish with an Asian guy's face on it, and plus the name of the game is a bit odd if you think about it.

Katamari Damacy is another weird game too. I loved it, but it's super weird. A tiny little prince that can eventually roll around a ball that can rip clouds out of the sky. If that's not at least a little bit weird, I don't know what is.

Last, I say Nights Into Dreams. That game was fun, but weird. Nights still reminds me of Prince...

For me, it'd have to be Monster Party for the NES. There were quite a few glitches that made the game even more weird and disturbing.

That dungeon also has what may as well be Japanese porno rejects, frogs, and... HANDS! Oh, and a snot nosed brat who keeps taking stuff and features of the game from you. Yeah. Worst dungeon ever.

Can someone hand me a bag of medical weed? I think I need some to make sense of this boss...
