Ninetales is the most elegant if you ask me. I also think of Goldeen and Espeon. Too bad Goldeen, a feminine looking pokemon, evolves into seaKING, which obviously sounds like a guy.

In my opinion, Milotic is pretty much the Pokemon definition of elegance. It evolves from one of the least appealing Pokemon out there after being having its beauty pumped up with pokeblocks. Its tail, its head, its sheen, it's just freakin' awesome!
