Well there are a few things that could have happened.
1- drag00n could have logged into vizzed in a public place and forgot to log out and clear the cookies.
2- He logged in at a public place that someone had installed a keylogger onto. This means that even if he did log out and clear the cookies the person who installed the logger would still get the password.
3- drag00n's PC itself is infected with a keylogger (scan your PC just in case dude)
4- Someone in his house or wherever he logs in from normally used the PC to access his account.
5- Someone actually hacked drag00n's email account and used it to reset his password, then logged in with the reset password.

That's all I can think of... for now!
