I listen to talk radio, I love it, skip musical ones, I got far to many MP3s.

I use Sirus XM. I frequent the Stations Liquid Metal(even if half of it is just annoying deathcore or bland new songs from bands that stopped being interesting after a decade), Lithium(90's rock is always awesome), Octane(only listen if Liquid Metal has crap playing), and a few other sometimes. I never use the local stations, as they have abysmal playlists, just a crapload of ads that waste time, a jingle that makes me wanna ride my bike in a highway while being chased by alpacas, and a classic rock station that probably wants to marry Jimmy Page. I sometimes use internet radio stations, but rarely. I just stick with CDs half the time, as I want to be in control of the songs.

There's only one radio station that I like, Jazz 88 (88.3 FM)! There are no commercials, it's all donation run and they always play good music. Sometimes they have other shows on at night where they talk about issues, politics, activism (I like hearing about this), etc. It's just a nice station.

I do still have an old net radio that I use on occasion. It's handy because it's so portable and has better reception than my MP3. I listen to mostly Pop music, but my Dad listens to NPR. Their voices can become rather annoying when you listen to them for hours on a long drive.

I usually don't listen to the radio for any reason other than I don't have my music with me. If that is the case, I log on to my Last.fm account and listen to my custom radio station there.

I know of a few cool internet radio stations like stereomood which plays music that fits whatever your mood is (given they have it). I used that a few times.
