SilverMaestro : I hate sweets. I prefer drinking Vitamin D milk over stuff like Pepsi. Only reason I bother with pepsi is because I need the caffeine. My ADHD and anxiety kinda slow down when I have caffeine. When your mind has some chemical or something imbalance, the things that shouldn't be calming are calming.

I always eat junk food when I'm depressed, it actually makes me happier. All of the different sweet flavors. So good, so happy.

I am a mood eater for sure. I tend to eat when I'm bored or unhappy. I find eating cheers me up. It also means I'm not as trim as I wish I were. I'm trying to start working out on a regular basis to try and combat that as much as possible. Having a 2 year old helps with that, but not enough to really make an impact. -------------------- |

Yes, they could not shut us down (feel like putting on some Bob Marley and dancing), anyway have to say maximum respect to all those 63 of you who visited this posting only to find it down, we are back open and ready for business, I can only hope that this has not damaged my repuation or discouraged anyone out there from posting, please this is a worthy and dignified place to have oyur say and your answers will be held in maximum respect too.
