I was never a fan of Michael Jackson, but I didn't think he was ever guilty, he just had a bad child hood, and he just wants to relive it by being with kids, doesn't mean he molests them...

Sorry Dave but I'm with John here. This is crazy. I'm sittin' here thinkin' back to the OJ trial. Geez, that man was so guilty... And yet here we are with a verdict of "nope, we didn't personally see it happen, so it must not have happened!"

Ugh you people really need to work out your information a bit better. The suit took place in civil court, where I could probly accuse one of you of raping me and take you there.

The only evidence was the supposed victim accusing Jackson of molestation. This case was to determine whether Jacko would goto criminal court and on what charges, and to get there you need to be proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

I think Jackson is weird.....but I dont think he molests children. Just because someone is a bit different and they enjoy being around children doesn't mean they molest them(and honestly with all the rumours floating around whos going to leave kids around jacko anyways).

Also the family who sued was known to be shady and have sued others on false accounts in an attempt to get a quick pay off.

yeah.... the witness had no credibility.... kinda like the last one that tried to get Jackson...

I also don't think, even if he actually did touch these boys, that he had any sort of malicious intent behind it.... I think he's a boy in a man's body.... and he doesn't understand consequences anymore...

but yeah.... they didn't have anything more than the kid's word.... and the kid's word wasn't very good.

Well the kids and the parents very stupidly kept on changing the story also..

Unfortunately I don't think it'll be long before there are kids staying over there again. I think there are parents who WILL be stupid enough to let them stay there... And those who do, well, the parents should be put in prison for being that freakin' dumb.

what parent is stupid enough to have let their kids stay there over the last 5-10 years....

there have been cases against Jackson before.... you would think these people would have thought about that before they let the kids stay there

Well i heard that is was the same layer... But i supposse the source was unreliable... Well someone in the OJ trial was in the Jackson trial and was believed to have some influence.

Hmm... For some reason I think it's the Peterson trial you're thinking of. I think Scott Peterson hired one of OJ's former attorneys or something. Anyway, whatever.
