As of right now, I have started my Detoxication Diet.

For those of you who do not know what it is, it's where you thoroughly clean out your body, and there are different procedures, for the one I'm doing you dont eat any food for 3 days, all you do is drink water, take plenty enough vitamins and very few fruit. There are many different detox diet plans, but this one seemed best for me.
From a detox diet, you'll lose plenty weight (10+ pounds, depending on the plan), and you'll "have more energy than you've probably had in years. "
What this does for your body is, it thoroughly washes out your body and it's very healthy for your body, and it's actually really teh only way to thoroughly clean out your system. Some plans (aka routines) are different than others keep that in mind, and you can read more about it on this site

Here are the bad side effects while doing the diet:
headache
sore muscles
feeling weakness
inability to sleep soundly
cranky moods

But here are the benefits that take place after you've done the diet:
dramatically improved energy
improved clarity of thought
desire to exercise and move around
optimistic attitude about life in general
improved sleep

And, of course, each plan (aka routine) varies, but I'm sure they all have very similar effects. I'm also adding a little to this diet, I'm taking Stacker 2 pills aswell (which is a fat burner that lowers your hunger and raises your metabolism).
My plan is to lose 10 pounds from this, and I'll give my results in exactly 3 days from this thread.

While making this thread, I'm very tired, so if it dont make to much sense, that is why.

A lot of the bad side effects contradict with the benefits... Headache, sore muscles, and feeling weak is just a sign of not eating enough.

a pencil works really well too.... just slide it down your throat slowly...

It's not only to lose weight, but it's also very healthy for your body. A human body really doesn't ever get the opportunity to thoroughly cleanse and wash itself out because of the food that we eat daily.
But yeah, I'll find out for myself how this all works out.

That really sux. I have a crazy fast one. Yesterday me glenny and people ordered pizza from dominos. You know, the 5, 5, 5 deal? Yea, well i ate a whole pizza to myself. The sad thing is that i won't gain a pound.

I officially hate you now.

Oh yes, about that detox I went on, lost 10 pounds, gained 4 back since, so about 6 pounds I lost. Also, the only difference I really feel so far is more energy and motivation, and I seem to be getting more enjoyment out of things, lol

If i went on that i would loose like 20 pounds or more. I would be really frikin skinny then.
