Ulquiorra from Bleach. His character was so mysterious even until the end. Maybe that's the reason I liked him. Since I never really found out anything about him so he's still a mystery.

And his release was friggin sweet. He turned into this awesome looking Diablo thing.

Mine changes all the time so at the moment I'd have to say Majin Buu from Dragon Ball. He is the only villain in the series to actually kill off the human race at one point and the only one to destroy the Earth as well(Not counting GT because it isn't canon so yeah...). And I personally liked the whole absorption idea.
If it weren't for Zaraki Kenpachi in Bleach being good now I would definitely say him because he is just awesome all around.

To be honest, I don't really have a favorite Anime Villain, they all peak my interest no matter how good or bad people say they are, but if I had to pick just one, which is really difficult for me, it would probably have to be Dio Brando from Jojo's Bizzare Adventure.

I was thinking Aizen from Bleach, but he's a bit overpowered for your average villain. Kaguro from Kekkaishi was my second thought, but I still hate him.

I think Grimmjow from Bleach might be my favorite. Aihi from Kekkaishi is pretty cool too. She's in Kokuboro, but I think she'll end up being a good guy based on her feelings towards Byaku. The dubs are still going, so I don't know yet.

Well mine would be Cain from the OVA Galerians:Rion. He's just as cute as the hero plus having black bondage cloths helps! He is also almost as powerfull as the hero! Which would probably make him more powerfull than the villian in the videogame Galerians:Ash... Hmm I wonder! Plus in the OVA Cain has a much better voice, better than a whiny little boy vioce like in the game lol~
