I like the RPG's more, They're so much fun and so creative. You've got the Paper Mario Games and the Galaxy games. Don't get me wrong, I like the platformers too, but the RPG's are the Bom-Bomb!

Mario RPG and the platformer series are really two different types of games in the same series. If you really like playing RPG's, then by all means pick Mario RPG. If like playing platformers, then play Super Mario World or Super Mario Bros. It really depends on your taste of games. No game is better than any other game, it just depends on the way you see that game.
