First, every virus that still floats around on the Net is designed to get past Norton AntiVirus. So Norton's programs are worthless. Ditch them. The ones listed above are some of the best you can get.

Second, as for your Internet service blocking it, you were outright lied to. Sorry, but Internet service providers cannot block viruses.

Third, please edit your post to get rid of the caps before I find a way to do it myself.

There is another free one but I'm not sure if it works well I haven't tried it. Also I didn't like Spybot because it kept giving me stpuid pop ups saying this thing has done this. It got annoying. I did like Ad-Aware and Microsoft Antispyware though. I went like 3 or 4 weeks without getting a single piece of spyware. And I haven't run either of them until today and it only found 6. They seem to work well.
