SNES Hoy Quarlow.... I have never managed to beat him. I've even tried to read reviews on how to beat him properly and couldn't do it. Very frustrating. Not that I expect I could beat the next couple of guys in that section... but I want the option to I wish I could find a save file or a save state from somewhere that gets me past that guy.
