Well I think it would depend on the terrain that they are running over. I mean, are they running over straight ground? Or some sort of obstacle course? Cause if its just a straight course Flash has it, but if there or obstacle I have to give Sonic the win.

i would say sonic. i pretty much dont thing u all see how fast he did when he running againt the race cop thiny, he ran over 400 mph. so fast i bet u all didnt see how fast he did over the mountain i timed myself on there and he did under 1 seconds. i pretty much about 0.312 seconds
