I checked the files, there is no need to update the game roms as they are the best versions available.
All N64 roms use Cowerings Good Tools to check them and the ones with the best codes are put up.
Example of a game file in the RGR-
Mischief Makers (U) [!]

(U) means United States country code.
[!] means Verified Good Dump.
This means the ROM is an exact copy of the cartridge; it has not had any hacks or modifications.

If those game you listed are not working for you, either you need a better video card, you need to update your drivers, you need to try a different internet browser, or you need to wait for a later release of the plugin to fix any issues.
