As Davideo7 said you may need to delete the backup save the RGR stores on your PC before deleting the one using the save manager, but depending on which Windows you have the file is in a different spot.

Ok, to get to the folder your RGR GBA saves are stored in, open "Computer" and put this in the address bar of the file manager-

%HOMEDRIVE%%HOMEPATH%AppDataLocalLowVizzedRgrGBA

That will open the folder where all your GBA saves are stored.
Delete whichever ones you want then use the RGR online file manager to delete them off the server and that's it done.
