I think the Viz system Davideo7 has designed is absolutely genius.  I own a forum board for my students (I teach high school math), and I'm thinking of stealing the idea.  I've seen point systems on forum boards, but never any that were as effective or well-designed.  The way Davideo7 has implemented his structure encourages people to post while discouraging spam, swearing, and bad sports.

In other words:  kudos Davideo7.  Your system is totally awesome!  I can see why your site does so well.  (You know, other than the fact we live in a video game addicted world.   )
