I got mine by spending like $30 at a like a Quick Mart. I got it on like the second to last pack, but i was overjoyed. Of course, my school didn't allow the cards there and they had hawk eyes everywhere watching us so i couldnt show it off -.-

Pfft, I hated that card, I got more then 8 in 15-16 packs of the blue raichu packs (total was at least a good 20+ since I sold some for $10 to friends) from 7/11 back in 8th grade. I got so mad that I wasn't getting Dragonite (fav pokemon), and Articuno that I took two of the charizards and ripped them in half in front of my friend, he cried while I ate a sticky bun. Oh that brings back funny pokemon related memories.

I did get one in a Booster Pack a long time ago. I used to have over 600 cards, but I sold all of them
I've thought about going on Ebay to get some of my classic ones, but the good ones are all around $30 or more now.

He was actually my first Holographic. I was in 5th grade. It was from my second pack ever opened that my mom bought me at TOY'R'US. It sucks that some dude ripped me off, like my third day having it for seven common cards. It might have been a japanese one though, I can't remember.
