Well, I don't energy drinks, but if there is a drink that might help me fall asleep, then I'd be willing ot try it. I can never fall asleep fast and it takes me 1, sometimes 2 hours to even get comfy in bed, so this might be helpfull.

tRIUNE : yea I suspect this slow your roll drink probably has the liquid form of "K2 or Spice" in it.

I also drink the energy drinks but this one seems different, working 40hrs a week and 20-30 hrs of school a week, sometimes u gotta get a pick me up, at least some coffee.

Both melatonin (a hormone that naturally occurs in the body) and valerian root (an herbal supplement that has been used for centuries to aid sleep) should be available in your local WalMart or equivalent - and probably a month's worth would cost you less than a six-pack of soda, much less some hyped-up 'anti-energy' drink. Rose hips aren't typically used for sleep aids, but they are high in vitamin C - probably used more as a flavoring than for any medicinal reasons.
