To raise your stats you mainly have to post and or buy items in itemshop that raise your stats. Not sure what else there is but I think those are probably the only 2 things that matter as far increasing your as stats.

like JigSaw said, or you post to level up (it takes some time) or you buy weapons and such at the Item Shop (simple, but it costs Viz, and sometimes MUCH Viz
