I think Vileplum will probably be better because of it's stats but I like Bellossom better because of it's looks and cool moves. But hey, the choice is yours and hope you make the right choice

I have to say Vileplume. Vileplume has the added poison type so it's better against other grass types. It can learn poison moves as well as grass moves. Bellossom is kind of just....there. It doesn't have very good stats when you first get it which makes it a pain in the butt to raise.
