I agree with you 100% superscyth09 because the XBOX 360 and XBOX Live is the best console with online (even though we gotta pay) but also I think this has been posted before and is a duplicate of a similar thread.

Although I've never actually used PSN, I can confirm that X-box live is better than nintendo online. It's a bit simpler and more interactive.

Nintendo WFC doesn't even deserve mention

. It's bare-bones, based on game (so you have to register everyone's Friend Codes for EVERY darned game

), and often lacks the fun of other games' online.
Xbox Live and PSN are hard to judge, seeing as I have neither a 360 or a PS3... but Xbox Live does sound better, from what I've read. The only con is, it's not free like the others... meaning it's the only one I couldn't use even if I had the system.

I've played PS3 online but I would definitely not call it the best console for online play. Often times it froze or connection dies and just really slow.

Not sure about the other consoles but PC would win no doubt
