I put it will end in a draw because I like both Samus and Master Chief the same!

I grew up with games like Metroid with Samus but now currently like Halo games with master Chief and can't choose who I like better!

I have to say Samus just because she gets actual upgrades to her weapons and armor. Master Chief picks up other weapons, but never gets to upgrade them. His armor never gets upgraded and it always stays the same. Maybe if Master Chief could upgrade his weapons and armor it would end in a draw, but with Samus's more advanced equipment I'd say she has the advantage and would probably own Master Chief.

I'd have to say M.Chief.
Now, he's got a super suit, like Samus, has plenty of experience fighting off Alien races, like Samus, but the one thing he's got going for him that she doesn't, he's the symbol of peace and freedom in his gaming universe.

That and he's got super wicked awesome weapons.
Also plasma swords.
Lots of swords.

Samus would win, assuming that Samus has around 50% of the items she could possibly have.

The only thing that Master Chief has over Samus is recharging energy shields, and if an overcharged plasma pistol burst is all it takes to deplete them, then a fully charged Power Beam blast would do at least that (if not more) damage. Furthermore, Samus has a missile launcher integrated into her arm cannon with the ability to carry ~100 missiles, while the Chief has to find a rocket launcher and he can only carry ~6 rockets.

...Not to say the Chief's hopes are completely shot, but Samus would have a good chance of winning against him.
