My mom decided that she was going to use a ouija board in my room one night and the night after that weird stuff started happening. At first, my T.V. would flash. Then I'd hear weird sounds. One night I looked at the curtain in front of my window and saw a shadow moving up and down. I didn't have a fan on and the wind wasn't blowing outside.

Then my T.V. started turning itself on and off at night. That freaked me out the most. I know I sound crazy but I swear I'm not lying.

Anybody else got a haunted room/house?

Our old house was supposedly haunted and my mom said random activity (like yours) would happen. Thank god we moved out and I don't remember none of it cause I was young!

My house is not haunted

Actually it is the lack of noise which usually gets me in the night... The eerie silence makes my house feel unnatural at night.

My house isn't haunted
But sometimes when I'm going to sleep, I stay some seconds awake because I think Tails Doll is behind me...

but in the night when i hear things like floorboards/attic door creaking i never dare to go out of my room, shut the door, hide under my quilt cause i think a monster with really long arms will grab me and pull me up

I don't THINK my house is haunted, it's probably not. But I do get scared pretty easily, and sometimes stuff freaks me out and I think it's a ghost or something. >.<

Yes, my house has SOMETHING in it that isn't right. Here are my examples

-One night I was just laying in bed, when a shadow just started to move without reason.
-Other nights a hear what sounds like high heels walking up and down the hallway
-This one time at midnight, there was this shadow-like figure in a top hat just chilling at the dining room table.
-I once saw a shodow-like blob walk around my room.
-And one time me and my brother saw an indian chief in the kitchen screaming.(This is just for yuks, but we stick to it.)

My sister and I think it is. At night, we hear really strange sounds. One time when I was like 5, I turned off my TV and it turned back on by itself. I turned it back off but it turned back on again. Eventually, I got pissed off at it and left it on. Later, I found that it was off.

My old house probably was, my grandmas house was definitely haunted but as for my current appartment naw... Well wait, the hallway is sorta haunted. One time I went outside my door and the lights started to fliker

when i was a little kid i used to think that my bedroom is haunted because i had a computer that was always turned on and it made all these noises when i was asleep it freaked me out.

i don't think so. but when i was little i thought i saw a ghost in my friend's house, the day after his gram died there.

Unfortunately my house isn't haunted...and yes I said unfortunately. I'm big into the paranormal so I would love it if something were to haunt my house. As long as it wasn't an evil mean type of spirit. I would be having a blast with experiments :3

I hope mine isn't. I am a big scaredy cat. I still have this lingering fear of the dark and am extremely paranoid. I always need a light if I'm walking around at night.

I maintain that my room used to be "haunted", or at least have negative energies or negative entities in it. When I was aged 8-12 I could barely stand to sleep in my own bedroom because simply being in the room for too long filled me with an overwhelming sense of fear and despair. Some nights I would spend in my sisters room, others in the bathroom.

When I first moved into my house I remember going to see my new room and collapsing in the hallway because I felt very afraid for no apparent reason. It felt like I was going to faint from how suddenly terrified I was. I was eight years old at the time. It was probably the most scared I have ever felt, and I didn't even see or hear anything. The feeling just washed over me.

I also used to hear disembodied voices and the sounds of animals, namely the sounds of a dog running around the house, even though we've never had a dog.

Once I was reading in my bed and my roller blinds whipped up even though they were across the room and nothing was touching them. Scared the crap out of me.

Once I was sitting in my room with my boyfriend (in the evening with no lights on, so it was dark)... Suddenly there was a very bright orb of light that appeared and moved through the air, and then disappeared. Within the span of about 1 second. The path of the light was burned into my eyes as if it were a camera flash. We both saw it and we couldn't find an explanation for what it could have been.

I don't think it was just in my head, because I had the majority of my experiences before I even knew what a ghost really was.

Could someone please explain to me what exactly orbs are? I've heard about them a lot when talking about ghosts and other spooky stuff like that, is it like the ghost in circular form or something?

Several years ago in my old apartment I had just turned the lights off in my bedroom and laid down to go to sleep when a feeling of fear washed over me and my eyes went wide. As I lie there I see a figure slowly move into sight from the right side of my room and my entire body froze. I couldn't breathe or even move a finger while it was there. After about a minute it finally left the room via the left wall and I felt all the air come back to me and I struggled to catch my breathe. So yeah, even though nothing like that has happened since I would definitely say that that place was haunted.

lucky my rooms not haunted but i fell like a scary face like on one of those maze games on my computer AND I FEEL LIKE THERES A MONSTER IN MY CLOSET ABOUT TO KILL ME and since ui readed a book about ghosts i feel like one is in my room and i think a demon doll is in my room O.O

I have experience a few things, but never in my current house.

A friend of our family was dying and sent to the hospital. I knew this woman fairly well, and knew her dogs almost as well. She loved dogs and had owned several of them in her life. Amongst them was a dog named Claire, a beautiful yellow lab mix. She died a few years before my friend was hospitalized.

Since this friend was basically alone in the world, her family barely helped, my grandmother and I took it upon ourselves to clean out her house. One day when my mom and nan (grandmother)went to get some burgers. I fell asleep on the couch. But then I woke up, or I thought I did. See, every single time I have a dream that I remember I always see myself as if from high up or to the side. But this time it was like normal vision, except very bright. I looked over and there was this gray and white hound dog staring at me and wagging his tail. I got up and all around me were dogs. Big ones, little ones all sorts of dogs. I turned and saw Claire sitting on the rug. I spoke her name and tried to touch her, but then everything vanished again and I woke up.

I was pretty freaked by this. Later our friend said that my description of the gray hound matched a dog she used to own before I was born. I had never seen a picture and she had never spoken of this particular dog.

Later my grandmother would take a picture of the piano and sitting there, clear as day, is a person who was not visible to the human eye. I don't have the photo (and yeah I know that skeptics will shriek at this, but I don't care), but it was a pretty clear photo.

Whenever you go into that house you can smell dog no mater what kind of cleaning solution is used. Maybe it is just because there were so many, but personally, I think the dogs are still there. I don't think they are angry or upset. When I saw them they did not seem sad or unhappy or angry. They just...were dogs doing dog things. Still, I never want to spend a night in that house.

There has been one other thing, and that was in my grandmother's house. I was sleeping in my old room, but when I woke up sitting there in the darkness was some sort of bird/human thing just sat there, moving its head and wiping its arm with its beak. It was only there for a second and it was gone.

And here is something my mom experenced when she was a kid. She was dating this guy and one day as they were getting home mom saw this man with a hat stadnign in the shadows beside a tree. He was all shadowed and you could not see any features. When she pointed it out to the guy he did not see a thing. Later she saw it again when she was with him. The last time she saw the shadow man he was standign in front of her bed, just looking at her.

Mom, who does not scare eaisly, said to him "Go away I am trying to sleep." and turned aroudn and went back to sleep. Later she broke up with the guy and the shadow man never appeared again.

Yeah, I think creepy runs in my family.

My room isn't haunted, but I'm pretty sure there ARE Monsters under my bed.
