Actually, it is possible to emulate the 360 on the PC, the reason there isnt a 360 emulator is that certain things are hard to code.
A main problem is that one has to get the emulator to send all the graphical info to the GPU rather then emulating the console hardware entirely like most other emulators do.
But hey, there are working PS2 and xbox emulators so it's only a matter of time.
Although, maybe since people can play burnt games on the Wii and 360 no one will bother making emulators for pc for those two as you can just buy the console and mod it really cheaply.
