I'd say the worst that I can give a reason for is Castlevania: Harmony of Dissonance. The reason for this is because I've played every Castlevania game into the ground and this one in my opinion sticks out like a sore thumb.

For one, among a few reasons, Juste Belmont has the appearance of a female. And supposedly he's the descendant of Simon Belmont of whom has the appearance of a human, so why does Juste look pale like a vampire? Unless I missed the plot where one of the Belmonts hooked up with a vampriss. Also I thought the movement of Juste resembles Gumby, you know that green claymation figure with the horse. Lastly, I didn't like the castle layout because you could just skip the majority of the bosses if you wanted to, so why were they there, as an extra bonus to the game?
