I think that Bowser in Mario 64 was a dissapointment, mainly for the reason that he did not become any more difficult than the previous times that you battle him in the game, and they should have done something different than basically the same battle over again.

The latest Bowser battles have been really lame. In Super Mario Sunshine, you had to do 5 ground pounds on 5 obvious targets to knock Bowser out of his hot tub. Super Mario Galaxy 2 was a bit more complicated, but not by much. There were three or four parts where you had to attack him a certain way. The actual attack was incredibly simple each time. Once you realized what to do, it was simple.

i'd have to say the easiest final boss would have to be Mankar Camoran from TESIV. Him, or Agausta or whatever his name is (Fallout 3).

This was easy to pick, however, because i've only ever beaten 6 Final Bosses total; These 2 guys, The robot at the end of Halo 3, Taboo, Master Hand and Bowser in an SMB mod called Super Mario Bros. Crossover.

One of the most difficult boss fights ever for me was the final showdown with Wesker in Resident Evil 5. I'm no good at first person shooting, so to have to switch to first-person view and fire at a missile before he launched it at me was a royal pain.
