How often do you cook?

When I'm on vacation, I'm usually at my parents' house. So, both my mother and my father are cooking for me
But for the rest of the year, I usually cook 1 huge meal for 2 or 3 days(but I'm not a great cooker). So, I usually have to cook only every other day or less.

a few times a week for me as well.

It's hard to cook for a small family and not have left overs. We tend to eat the same meal 2-3 times and then make a new one. Although, we have gotten into the habit of cooking 2 days in a row and then rotating through the left overs for the rest of the week. That way you get a little more variety over the whole week.

another thing we do is cook 2 or 3 chicken breasts in italian salad dressing or bbq sauce and then use it in different meals for the rest of the week.

We would shred it up for quesadillas and sandwiches and stuff. Saves a lot of time because you don't have to take the time to cook chicken every night.

I'd have to say a few times per year.
I just have one specialty in my house Rissoles on the barbecue.
I make them all by hand with mince, tomato sauce, onion and whatnot.
