Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts. Is it a fail or win?

I haven't tried it yet, but I want to here your opinions.

Fail for me. You know why I hate it? Well there's this thing called fun, and Nuts and Bolts fails to be that. I'll admit, I've only ever played the demo, but it discouraged me very strongly from playing the full game. I was just carrying balls in wagons. You may say that it's only in the beginning, since it may change, I don't know. However, I don't care, because the original Banjo-Kazooie was fun from the very beginning. Speaking as someone who loves the original enough to name it one of his favorite games ever, the new one is an insult to the legacy. I get a little annoyed when an iconic franchise from my childhood is used as the paint for some half-baked experiment. I shouldn't have expected much, seeing as how they already smeared crap on the name of Perfect Dark with Zero. I haven't played that game at all, but when there is such unanimous distaste for the game, there's usually something behind it. Don't talk down to me and say I don't like it for "stupid" reasons. Maybe I WOULD like it if I played the whole thing. I doubt it, but it's possible. It DID seem like an actual bad game from the demo, but in general my biggest complaint is about using this franchise as a paint job for some random experimental game. I wouldn't mind it if they weren't using a franchise to sell more copies of a game that wouldn't have gotten noticed otherwise.

I just played Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts & Bolts in my cousin's house not too long ago, and I got to say that this game isn't too bad.

Vibrant with great design, Banjo is a looker. Sometimes the engine can't keep up and the display will chug. I love the music but those sound effects could drive me nuts. It is A unique game that isn't for everyone. Invest some time in it and the charm will shine through. The multiplayer game sounds good on paper, but isn't that hot in reality. The single-player game, however, is one that you can play for ages.

This is an impressive, but I am on the edge that it is not amazing, but it was an overlooked game that was tossed aside by many people that didnt even give it a chance, simply because it wasn't a traditional 3-d platformer.

Total fail. The original was a massive win. Tooie was decent mostly because of the multiplayer. The only big vote down is lone Banjo. I got stuck for a while because the manual didn't properly explain how to get the fat kid at the circus to jump in the backpack.

After N64, the series should have either stayed on full size Nintendo consoles (gamecube and wii) or just faded away.
