Here's a summary of the game courtesy of IGN  I know this is copy and paste but since I edited my original post of 20 words or so I'm not getting any Viz for it  )
The critically acclaimed single-player experience of Assassin's Creed is back and better than ever as Ezio returns in an epic struggle against the powerful Templar Order. Now a legendary Master Assassin, Ezio must journey into Italy's greatest city, Rome, center of power, greed and corruption to strike at the heart of the enemy. Defeating the corrupt tyrants entrenched there will require not only strength, but leadership, as Ezio commands an entire Brotherhood that will rally to his side. Only by working together can the Assassins defeat their mortal enemies. Assassin's Creed Brotherhood offers a never-before-seen multiplayer layer. Players can help the Templars by using Abstergo to train in the art of Assassination to eliminate the Assassins once and for all. I've seen this trailer 1 or 2 days ago, and I like it(the trailer but not the multiplayer idea...  ).
I'm a kind of loner, and I don't like others to get involved with my assassinations .
I want to have all the joy of them 
By the way, I really love the other 2 games of assassin's creed series¬_¬

noelia : I actually saw this trailer like a week and a half ago but never got around to making a thread. I loved the first two games too. Pure epicness.
In multiplayer you get to assassinate other people I think. I'll find the vid for that too XD

EDIT: I just watched the 2nd video. WOW very epic slaughters! But how did he do that, like teleport, move near the end of the video?

Yay, I've heard of this, it's gonna be awesome. I have every Assassins Creed game out. I'm going to pre-order this at Gamestop, don't worry, it's only a 4 hour drive to the nearest one. I'm still sticking with Ezio and his Uncle, but I might try the others.

Assassin's Creed Brotherhood E3 Trailer seems like an intereting game. Just beautiful. I think the game will be awesome because I hope that we can be any warriors to fight as, which will be awesome.
One thing I hope they change is maneuvering though. In t he other assassins creed games when climbing buildings you always climb at a snails pace it seems especially when being timed. Also when you want to run straight and he starts climbing a wall instead. If they fix that then ill be happy. So anyways, I hope that I will buy the game just to have at least one game of the Assassin's Creed collection.

I'm extremely dissapointed in the direction they're taking with this game. I was really hoping the 3rd installment would take place in a modern world with Desmond actually being Desmond, and we would get to play out all the craziness that happened at the end of last game from the perspective of the person it was directed at.

chrisd636 : I'm sure there will be more Desmond in this one but I'm glad it wasn't just Desmond in the present time. I like medieval times a lot more They said that he would be going back into the Animus at the end of the last one so it's not surprising.

In my opinion, I think it is going to be a good idea and looks fun. I might want to pre-order it to get the Jester. What is awesome is now instead of assassinations on your own, you can assassinate with your friends, your mom or dad, even your grandma!

I just love seeing the Assassin's Creed Brotherhood trailer. it just makes me thinks that this is an awesome game, and I just can't wait to buy it. I like the part when the other 4 people come with the the leader ready to battle. Also the song adds the imense and it really hypes up the video. It looks Epic, and it too looks like a master piece. I just love it.
I also like the Multiplayer Video, wondering what do they have in store for us. It just seems cool to play it. It might also be cool to play it online with other people. I just can't wait to buy it.
