I'd grab my laptop, because all my school files are on it.
I'd grab my sisters' ferret or hamster if they couldn't get them. My DSi would likely be in my pocket already .
I'd grab my Bible and a couple other books if I could hold them, because I really like reading and would need something to do .

noelia : Well I wouldn't be able to put my PS3 and the painting in my pockets but everything else would fit ^.^ I wear Tripps which generally have huge pockets. They're big enough that I can comfortable carry kittens in them XD
geeogree : Not if your too poor for insurance Besides I have sentimental value towards a lot of my gaming stuff. Most I've either gotten as a gift or had to work hard for so screw it I'm grabbing all my gaming stuff if there's a fire. Not like I have much of anything else.

Oh no.... I can't carry my desktop!! But I have tons of files that I really need to keep. So, I'd just say that I had all the important files on a flash drive lol.(I don't have a laptop anymore -.-)

Like Zamiel, I also have huge pockets as I'm usually wearing cargo shorts. 
Providing my family and dog were already safe, I'd grab my laptop, Swiss army knife, wallet(no money in there, just my license, blood door card, school ID, and a gift card), climbing rope(rope is always useful), and probably a couple books.
