I believe in the power of prayer, and it would be an encouragement for you and to me as well if we can use this thread here to list out any concerns, struggles, fears, blessings, anything, etc etc, and that I or anyone on this forum would read and pray for you for whatever you wrote on here.

Even if you do not believe in God, or you are a different religion, I will still pray for you, and I'm sure many others who see this would do the same (if not, you still have me, lol)

So, yeah, list anything that I may be able to pray for you.

"Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known to God." —Philippians 4:6

Well, I do have an anger problem that needs to be dealt with.

As for me, I'd like to request prayers for my Mom. She's pregnant right now, and just contracted Lyme's Disease.

I will pray for the both of you. In the meantime, pray that I can get through this summer class.

A good friend of mine's nephew, who is almost two, was born with that brittle bone disease. He definitely needs prayer.

Can you please pray for my mom's aunt?
She's terminally ill with cancer up the ying-yang. In the bone, lungs, arm , and a few other nearby parts...

alexanyways : my wife of one year and i found out on may 19th 2010 that she had a brain tumor. it is stage 4. very aggressive, rapid growing. in order to do surgery, they had to deliver our daughter 2 months early. our little girl is doing fine, and my wife's treatments are going well, but the oncologist and chemotherapist both were quick to let us know that the treatments are not going to cure the cancer. they're mearly going to slow it down. she was given 2-3 years. i am a christian, and i know that God has a plan, i just worry....not knowing what his plan is...i know he knows what he's doing, but i'm afraid to accept that it's possible she may leave us. what if he needs her there, more than we need her here? hope this doesn't get taken down. it's my first post here, and the first time i've been this open about the situation. i originally put this on the general chat board, but tRIUNE told me about this forum. i will pray for all of you, and humbly ask that you do the same. thank you and may our Almighty God bless you all.

Well, I have two more things that need prayer.

1. My uncle got in a car accident nearly 6 years ago. He IS getting better, but he won't forget about it and he gets quite aggressive.

2.My grand uncle has a bad case of Altzhimers, and he's also very aggressive.

I pray for all the sickness and illness that everyone on this board or their relatives, close friends, people that we all know, and that You, God, can heal them by Your will. We know that You, God, are sovereign and You are control of everything in this world. Please touch their lives and mend these bodies. I also pray that they would rely on you during this time. No matter what the outcome is, whether they are healed or not, Your name would still be glorified and that it will fulfill Your purposes. In Jesus' name we pray, Amen.

OK, so I was too busy and too upset to bring this out before...
My mother lost her baby last week. It's been a week and a half since she delivered it, and about three weeks since he/she (probably a girl) died... the worst was last Sunday. Our Sunday School lessons are in a video series... and last week's dealt with a little girl's funeral. She ran out of the room crying... understandably. She's doing better now, but we're all feeling the repercussions still.

Second, I ask for moving ease for my girlfriend. She's going to move... possibly in two weeks or so, she's not sure... to Raleigh, NC (about four hours from where I live). The worst part is she's berating herself for going into the relationship knowing she'd have to leave soon, just not that soon... whereas I had no clue. She said she feels selfish for wanting to be my girlfriend knowing she'll soon be four hours from me. Basically, I want prayer for moving ease with them, as well as prayer that God guides us through this.

bigNATE : I'm sorry to hear that. I pray for peace for you and your family. I also pray for you and your girlfriend. Hey, at least you know that she is thinking about you in this situation.

I know this is pretty much unnecessary to note, but I believe ~sakura~'s recovery needs a place on our prayer wall. I hope she gets better.

same here. so here it goes. ~sakura~, you are in the prayers of everyone on this board and so many more. God will watch over you, and will never leave you. no matter what.

I believe that God is omniscient so there is no reason why He would not see this thread. But not because it's labeled "Prayer Wall," in fact there is no reason why He wouldn't know of this entire Board, and not know of every post before it was even posted.

With that said I'd like to share a concern of mine, in June of this year (6-20-10) the pastor of my church passed away at the age of 59.

I'm not necessarily asking for prayer regarding this more than I already know that God is in control, but please keep in mind if you are moved towards prayer for the stability of the assistant (new) pastor, that God will work in and through him to be effective in his position.
