My pick would be zero, because he flies in a spaceship, and has a squad, so he has 3 backup fighters; Falco, slippy, and peppy. Even if Megaman shoots at him he can barrel roll to avoid it. Megamans arm cannon my be stronger, but zeros lazer pistol fires much faster, plus he can reflect it back with that diamond shield from super smash brothers. If he can beat up dinosaurs to save krystal; he can beat up megaman to win a contest.

I agree with tankman, Mega Man is suited for long range combat, while Zero has a sword that is powerful, but has not-so good range.

Assuming that the MegaMan you guys are speaking of is the original MegaMan, then Zero would win because Zero is FAR more advanced and has much more experience in tougher combat.

If the MegaMan you're talking about is MegaMan X, then it's obviously X, because X HAS defeated Zero. More than once, actually.

I respectfully disagree with some of you megaman x fans. I believe zero would win because if you do recall mega man x 3 zero has a buster of his own plus his saber. Later on in the series mega man gets zero's blade but doesn't use it as well. I still vote for zero but I think it would be a really good fight.

As much as I love the original MegaMan, the superior technology of Zero would mop the floor with MegaMan. As for X and Zero, (Xs and 0s, I just got it. Yay for time release) I'd say it's more or less even.
