Fluid is one of the various major parts of our lives.

So everyone, What's your daily fluid consumption consist of?
and/or your preferred drink of choice!

Usually I drink a lot of water, some soda, and milk if I can remember.
I recently tried this health drink from the brand "Naked" It's called green machine
and I like it, tastes fruity with more of a pineapple accent. Anyone else tried it?

I usually drink diet coke or sweet tea...the diet coke not by choice but because it's what's in the fridge. And no, I haven't tried anything called Green Machine, but from the way you describe it it sounds pretty good. I like those arizona energy tonics too, tastes like orange juice but not so acidic.
