I'm fit. And I'm strong, too.

But I eat a lot. I think it's just my metabolism. Even though I was fat, I increased my metabolism and to that effect I lost weight. And I've been able to keep it off.

I feel I'm a bit in between both fit and overweight.

I have good build up in certain areas, but my gut is the one thing that flabs out.

I'm not a total fat person though, I can get out and run around as I please...I'm just a bit lazy.
