I've been fighting with Dramabethie over this for months now...
Both shows are set up in a similar way, but there are a few key differences. Tosh.0 runs every Wednesday on Comedy Central and lasts a half hour, including things like Web Redemption and Video Breakdown. There's way more, but I'm not gonna list all his show's features here. Equals 3 runs about twice a week on Youtube and lasts for about five minutes each, and includes things like the Question of the Day and a Comment Section for each individual video. Again, there's more, but I'm not gonna list all the features here. I like Tosh.0, and I think Equals 3 sucks, whereas she thinks Tosh.0 sucks, and Equals 3 is the greatest thing ever... Never heard of Equals 3, but I've always liked Daniel Tosh. His stand up is pretty good and his show isn't too bad.
He's kind of brutal with his jokes but for the most part they are well delivered and in a way that you really can't take what he says seriously.

I dislike Daniel Tosh a lot, he's a complete douche to other celebrities. While he makes fun of celebrities that I dislike too, he openly mocks other shows on Comedy Central.

I used to watch Ray William Johnson. Some of his videos are funny.  I like the videos that he comments on and how his jokes go on the next videos.  Some were funny, most of them were hilarious, and many are interesting.
I used to watch =3 on my Wii at night. My favorite one was the Sitting On The Toilet Rap and The Drunk Guy getting more beer.
I have never heard of Daniel Tosh. 
Anyways, Ray William Johnson is my favorite, mostly his videos are the one that I watch if I am bored, and he is awesome.
I also watched the new one; cat that hiccups and fart at the same time. Hilarious. 
I never liked the new theme song though.

I think Tosh's comedy is okay. His show is bearable.
With the later episodes of last season, he got progressively funnier, so I'd have to pick him.

But a much better show that makes fun of things about the internet and pop culture is CurrentTv's show "infoMania", i think its the best show out there right now. EDIT: I just watched a couple of =3 episodes, its alright the dude bugs me in a couple of ways, 1. He has racoon eyes 2. He bounces around too much and talks way too fast But he is pretty funny just not easy to watch. And on top of that I've never heard of this Ray Williams character. I don't know about Tosh.0; I might watch some of his videos later on.

They are both good in their own senses, while one might be funny in one episode, one might include more intresting stuff in another episode. They are both awesome in their own rights .
Therefore, seeing as my mind is undecided, i'd just like to recommend any of those two people's videos to anybody. But, if you ask me, and if I really had to decide, I'd probably go with my original opinion on RWJ. He still has proven to me that he can make videos funny the way I like them.
