So, i've been thinking about making my own MgaMan 2 ROM hack. I found and downloaded a program called Visine, and I have no idea how the heck to use it. I can't even start the dang thing up.

Can anyone help me on this?

Visine is a brand of eye drops, if you make a game with eye drops, I'll congratulate you with a thousand dollars and an RPG (Rocket Propelled Grenade Launcher)

Visine is a Megaman 2 Level editor for DOS so unless your using DOS or something it probably wont run.

It really is a brand of Eye Drops too.
