I'm voting Cartoon Network, because of Adult Swim. If this was still the old Nickelodeon, with Rugrats, Rocko, AAAHH! Real Monsters, Ren and Stimpy, and all the awesome shows that, for some inexplicable reason, got cancelled, it would have been a tougher choice.

If there was the old Cartoon Network, then yeah, I'd pick that.
All of the funny classic cartoons. Ed,Edd, and Eddie, was by far my most favorite along with Courage the Cowardly Dog.

As for the best, it's close, but old Cartoon Network is better than old Nickelodeon. The worst is new Nickelodeon, but new Cartoon Network isn't much better. If you count Adult Swim, new Cartoon network almost up there with the olds.

I definitely think that cartoon network before was better. It had all my favorite shows like: courage the cowardly dog, dexter's laboratory, ed edd n eddy, billy and Mandy and lots of others. Nickelodeon has only some good shows like spongebob squarepants and avatar.

I like the old Cartoon Network. However, there is a cartoon in the new Cartoon Network that I like: Adventure Time. It's so hilarious, and the animation is fluid. You can tell that the animators worked hard on some of the characters and didn't just throw together some frames and called it a cartoon.

The new Cartoon network just isn't the same though. All the cartoons are fairly stupid and pointless, and it has too many live action shows.
