I don't think I would want to remove any of the features, and the only thing I think should be added that isn't already in production (that I know of) is a search feature for the forums. That way you could look for a certain thread if you forgot where you saw it, or something like that.
NOTE: I know nothing about website creation or coding, if this is a difficult thing to do, I'm sorry if I seem nonchalant about it.

Take away the ads? They are not up there for fun they pay for site. I guess ads could be removed but then people would have to pay real money to play games  If you don't like em thats fine but they do serve a very big purpose for most sites as big as vizzed.
I would probably take away Acmlm Board and start fresh, too many holes in it makes it look like swiss cheese

Um, yeah... The ads aren't even disruptive. I barely notice them when I log in. It's not like those obnoxious ads on Yahoo where they pop out at you and force you to pay attention to them or interact with them. Be thankful for that.

One thing that I want to remove is the plugin, so people won't stop asking questions about them, and just go start playing the games.  Yah, it would be less thinking for a newbie to find the plugin, and then downlaoding it.

I also want to remove the order of the pokemon rankings. I thought it would be better if the pokemon becomes stronger everytime you get higher posts, like the 1000 posts should be Charizard, Alakazam, and strong pokemons in that range. The not stronger pokemons like Caterpie, Jigglypuff, and Ratata should be lower rankings.
There should be also a customization of what region of pokmeons you want as rankings like Johto, Hoen, and Sinnoh.
There should also be a mic use to talk to other Viz members. That would be cool. If there is one thing that I would take away from vizzed is the newbies that try to destroy vizzed rather than help it
I would take away the ones who try to cheat other members and/or just spam other members PMs and profiles asking for Viz

Well banning is for the most part good unless it's abused.

daphneblackadder : *sigh.... then there'll be no mods assigned to watch over the board. And spam fest and everything bad for the board will happen. You can't take away bans either. What if someone tried to hack the board or are disobeying the rules, or bugging lots of members? We can't ban them?
And those who abuse the banning system will be banned anyway, so no need to worry about it being abused .

Vizzed.com is very expensive to keep alive! The Ads pay for the servers.
Vizzed has 3 TB worth of games and 1 TB worth of music. This site is free to use but the ads barely pay for the monthly server fees. If too many more people use ad block, the site cannot survive.
