Sorry if this has been repeated. I looked and all i could find was one that has already been closed.

Every game that i try to play, i always get the message "Failed to load because something is running in another window"blah blah blah. I dont have any other windows open, its just that game. I have tried reloading, tried on other browsers. Dont know what to do. Very frustrated lol.

I have a few ideas.

A)Ok, If you have a PC, then this will work for you, I have no info for Mac's.

This might work if you are using Windows 7 or lower:
1. Press "CTRL+ALT+DEL"
2. Press "Start task manager" (Not for XP or lower)
3. Once it appears, click "Processes"
4. End the process of the browser you are using, "iexplorer.exe","firefox.exe". "chrome.exe" or "safari.exe"
5. Reopen the window.

B) 1.Install or reinstall the latest version of Java, Java Runtime Enviroment, and the Vizzed RGR Plugin.
2.Restart your browser.

C) Don't use Internet Explorer.

D)


If none of this works, wait for somebody else to respond to this thread.

alexanyways : Have you tried that out before? I've never heard of doing that before and just wondering if it works.

Firefox is the best web browser for the Retro Game Room. Also try re-downloading the plugin and then re-installing.

I am having the same problem, but I haven't found the solution. I've tried closing all windows, killing any Firefox-related processes in the Task Manager, re-installing the plug-in and Java.

Everything was working fine about a week ago, but now games that used to load do not load anymore.

Thoughts anyone?
